Here are 10 cooperative team-building activities that don't require any props:

1. Two Truths and a Lie

• Description: Each person shares two truths and one lie about themselves. The group guesses which statement is the lie.

• Purpose: Encourages communication, critical thinking, and helps team members get to know one another.

2. Human Knot

• Description: Participants stand in a circle, reach across to grab hands with two different people, and work together to untangle themselves without letting go.

• Purpose: Promotes problem-solving, teamwork, and physical collaboration.

3. Line Up

• Description: The group lines up in a specific order (e.g., by birthday, height, or alphabetical first names) without speaking.

4. Count to 20
